Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return through our Returns Portal.
How to start a return
Instead of emailing us, please submit your request through our KUZUSHI Returns Portal powered by ParcelPanel:

From there, you can:

Select the item(s) you want to return

Get your return shipping label (if applicable)

Track your return progress
⚠️ Items sent back without first submitting a return through the portal will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
-
With all original tags/labels attached
-
In original packaging
-
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Final sale items (including discounted/sale items) and gift cards are not returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to:

Place a new order for the item you want.

Submit a return request for your original item.
Once approved and received, we’ll process your refund.
Damages & issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return through the portal right away. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?

Our error (wrong/damaged/defective item): KUZUSHI covers the cost.

All other reasons (fit, change of mind, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping. If a prepaid label is provided, the cost may be deducted from the refund.
International returns

Orders shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) may incur import duties/taxes in your country. These fees are non-refundable and not collected by KUZUSHI.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Please mark parcels as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid extra charges.
Preorders
Preorder items follow the same eligibility rules unless marked Final Sale. Shipping timelines are always listed on the product page.
EU customers
For customers in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel/return your order for any reason under EU law.
Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
