KUZUSHI Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • All U.S. orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when minimum order thresholds are met.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, including Brazil, Europe, Asia, and beyond.

  • Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier (UPS, DHL, USPS International, or similar).

  • Delivery Times: Most international deliveries take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs.

  • Duties & Taxes:

    • Most orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility.

    • In some regions, KUZUSHI may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. With DDP, duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so your package arrives with no additional fees.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Customs fees vary by country—please check with your local customs office for details.

  • If duties/taxes are unpaid, packages may be delayed, returned, or abandoned. KUZUSHI cannot issue refunds in such cases.

  • Customs clearance may extend delivery times, which is outside our control.


Shipping to Brazil 🇧🇷

  • Orders shipped to Brazil are subject to import duties and taxes charged by Receita Federal (Brazilian Customs).

  • Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance in Brazil.

  • If customs fees are unpaid, the package may be returned or destroyed, and KUZUSHI cannot issue refunds.


Preorders

  • Items listed as Preorder will ship on the estimated timeline shown on the product page.

  • Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

  • International tracking may take longer to update while packages pass through customs.
